for non-second hand stuff, yeap.whether its AP or original it can be checked easily..for 2nd hand phones i dunno la..how many % is up to sellers to play around the figure..
They can just put there 100% brand new when it is used .
What i can guarantee from this website that the phone is 100% is brand new, plus , we do provide sales after service.
What happen if the phone you bought has some problem , i'm not really sure whether they will entertain you or not .
For mine , if you have any problems , we will change for you a brand new one if you come within 7 days.
Maybe 5 years warranty is not really a big stuffs to yell about cuz most ppl dun really need up until 5 years, but this is a guarantee that we can give to the customer so that they feel safer to buy online.

it wont make u cut down yr profit or even bear losses..try mix bundling like wat we've learn last semester..
u can have packages like, only original box items, no memory card included = cheapest
ori package + screen protector as compliment for buying from u, and thn add on a memory card with cheaper price..
ori package + screen protector + casing with higher price..cz u're providing convenience to buyers ma..no ned for them to find casing outside..
for some smartphones like Xperia X1 u're selling, u can offer some softwares and add more money..for instance, GPS is a very good software to bundle with..
try to get some latest phones. SE just launched Satio, Aino, and Yari..Racheal a.k.a. Xperia X3 is coming to msia soon..probably nx month or so, if u can get these devices on hand earlier than other dealers, u can get a huge profit from it for sure (but u must do some marketing homework la..as i know UTAR got quite a number of ppl like me who r hp savvy)
wan low cost high profit? lookout for Singapore sets, be it original or 2nd handed.
i personally recommend 2nd hand, cz ppl buy 2nd hand hp, they dun expect warranty..its cheap and warranty will be plain money wasting.and SG phones r usually 80+% of local hp price..some only 70%..u can either find yr own way of getting those phones from SG, or buy thru orang tengah who always travel along KL and msia..if its trading over internet, lagi easy la..
so above r my 'feedbacks' on how u can improve yr sales and profit...website...erm..u think yrself la how u can make yr site more attractive..just some web page design in foundation sem 3..hehe
