The AS Society will be having an Annual General Meeting:
Date : 23 July 2009 (Thursday)
Time : 12-3PM
Venue: SE 110
All members must attend if possible. Advantages of attending:
1. Exercise your responsibility as a member to pick new committees.
2. Suggest new activities for the society.
Light refreshment will be available. Please spread this announcement to your friends too.

I also myself do not have class on Thursday. This is the only time that we can find is free for most and not so late. It is also time when Dr. Toh is free and he need to attend as he is our advisor.
